Admin: Add specific names to DataMapper
Adding GDPR names in Names tab
During setup you can add specific names of current and former employees so DataMapper are given specifics to look for when set to scan locations.
Why adding names is important:
To classify a document as a risk, DataMapper looks for personal data tied to specific individuals. To do this, it searches for high risk keywords and numbers (included out of the box), combined with the names of individuals you provide manually.
You can try with a few names, and add more later. Add both customers, current and former employees and vendors if you like.
