Failed Microsoft Authentication
You must authenticate each of your Microsoft accounts by signing in with your login and password before DataMapper can scan any folders in these locations:
- Outlook
- Exchange
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
Did you get the error message, "Authentication failed"?
- Click "Authorize" again
- Sign in with your current username and password. Make sure they are correct.
- Click "Yes" to agree to let PrivacyHub's DataMapper connect to your Microsoft account.
Now you can select folders to scan.
