Failed Microsoft Authentication

You must authenticate each of your Microsoft accounts by signing in with your login and password before DataMapper can scan any folders in these locations:

  • Outlook
  • Exchange
  • OneDrive 
  • SharePoint

Did you get the error message, "Authentication failed"?

  1. Click "Authorize" again
  2. Sign in with your current username and password. Make sure they are correct. 
  3. Click "Yes" to agree to let PrivacyHub's DataMapper connect to your Microsoft account.

Now you can select folders to scan.
