DataMapper Troubleshooting: How to find the Global Admin of an Office 365 tenant

The Global Admins are the highest level on your Office 365 Tenant. This role is usually run by an IT Administrator, CTO or a similar person of interest in your company. When you setup the global outlook scan in DataMapper, you often need the global admin to help you finish the authorization to start the scan.

How to locate and find out who that person(s) is, you can do as follows:

Step 1: Go to Microsoft Admin portal

First, you need to address the Microsoft Admin portal. Using this link: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/users

Step 2: Find the Global Admins

Here you need to click on Users > Active Users. On the top right corner, click on the filter icon, and find "Global Admins" in the list. When the filter has been added, it will show who the Global Admins on Office 365 are - and then, who you need to ultimately contact to get help.
