(EN) DataMapper: Notification emails for users

Once a user has activated their account in DataMapper following an invitation from the administrator, the cleanup of found risk files can begin.

We understand that it can be a challenging task to stay motivated to continuously clean up risk files, especially when there are many other things to attend to during the day.

That’s why we’ve introduced notification emails from DataMapper. This is an email sent once a month to each user, providing information on how the cleanup is progressing – whether the risk is increasing or decreasing from month to month.

Such an email might look like the example below, where the user is reminded to continue cleaning up files. With a single click on log into DataMapper, the user can quickly get back on track.

*The email can always be unsubscribed from if you no longer wish to receive this type of notification from us. Conversely, the same email also allows you to re-subscribe if you wish to continue receiving them.
