(EN) DataMapper: Notification emails for administrators

Just as users receive notification emails about their progress in cleaning up risk files identified through DataMapper, there is also a similar email for administrators in DataMapper, providing a quick overview of the companys' progress that can easily be shared with internal stakeholders.

We understand that it can be challenging to stay motivated to continuously clean up risk files, especially when there’s plenty of other work to manage. As an administrator, you likely don’t have time to regularly remind all your colleagues/users to keep cleaning up – that’s why we’ve developed these emails to help you maintain an overview effortlessly as well as they get an notification too.

Additionally, you can use Dashboard > General to access even more information if you wish to see more details.

You will receive this email once a month with information about how the cleanup is progressing – whether the risk is increasing or decreasing from month to month across the organization.
