Update ShareSimple on Outlook desktop app

To update to a newer version of an Outlook add-in from Office Store, the previously installed version needs to be removed from Outlook and then the newer available version should be installed. It’s quite easy to remove and re-install any add-in from Office Store. 

Remove ShareSimple from Outlook

Follow the instructions below to remove ShareSimple from Outlook (web or desktop).

i) Log in to your office365 account and open the +New message window inside Outlook. 

ii) Open the add-ins store.

Windows: Open your Outlook desktop app, sign in, and click Get Add-ins icon on the top ribbon.

Mac: Open your Outlook desktop app, sign in and click the "..." menu on the top ribbon, then choose Get Add-ins.

iii) Open the My Add-ins tab to see all your installed add-ins:

iv) Click the "..." menu at the bottom left and choose Remove to remove ShareSimple from your Outlook. 

v) The add-in will be removed from your Outlook. 

Add the latest version of ShareSimple to your desktop Outlook app

Follow the instructions below to install the ShareSimple add-in for the Outlook desktop app. 

i) Open the add-ins store.

Windows: Open your Outlook desktop app, sign in, and click Get Add-ins icon on the top ribbon.

Mac: Open your Outlook desktop app, sign in and click the "..." menu on the top ribbon, then choose Get Add-ins.

ii) On the Add-ins for Outlook page, type ShareSimple in the search box.

iii) Find ShareSimple and click on the Add button, review its privacy policy, and then click on Continue to finish:

iv) ShareSimple can now be found in the "..." menu at the top of a new message.

v) Click on the icon to open the secure ShareSimple window and follow the instructions to start:
