ShareSimple quick-guides: Admin settings

This video shows how ShareSimple admins can add a company logo in settings to personalize their shares and requests as well as build their brand, add users, control access to folders, customize their data retention period, and more.

How-to: Go to Admin settings and follow the below steps

  1. Start a new message in Outlook (otherwise use this link: ShareSimple Admin
  2. Open ShareSimple from the message options menu
  3. Click Admin in the bottom left to open admin settings in your browser
  4. Click on Settings in the menu
  5. Choose Company settings - edit required fields so they match your company profile
  6. Remember to check Consent: make sure it is up to date otherwise edit/add one that fits your company now
  7. End your edit with clicking "update settings" - you're done.
