New product update

1. Introduction

The document communicates major new features and changes in this release of the Connectid Mail Add-in for Outlook 365.

2. About this release

This release is an extended-release of the last release to include changes in email formats and introduce promotional codes required for managing customers.

3. Features and improvements

• Emails are translated Danish. Our system emails include some customer-facing and some operational. All customer-facing emails were previously in English. Now, all customer emails have been translated to Danish with changes to customer-facing and operational emails in logo, footer, text, etc.
• Promotion Code introduced. In the current version, we introduced a promotion code option for customers who sign up for the Connectid Mail Add-In. This code will be used for different purposes like partner codes, discount codes, etc. when invoicing.
• Databox integration for Connectid Mail. Connectid Mail KPIs are transferred to Databox to create the dashboard.  Currently approx. 12 matrixes are sending data daily.
